What we collect

If you fill in our sign-up form, you send us your name, date of birth, email address and where you heard about us. That is all we ask for.

The site itself collects nothing about you and shows no ads. It loads two things from Google — a map and Google Analytics — and both may set cookies. Neither loads until you agree: a banner asks when you first visit, and if you decline or ignore it, nothing is requested from Google at all. You can change your mind from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Why we use it

To reply to you and to organise your training. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to kendosintra@gmail.com.

How long we keep it

If you train with us, for as long as you train with us plus 12 months. If you send the form but never start, we delete it 12 months after we last hear from you.

Who else sees it

The form runs on Google Forms and answers are stored in Google Sheets, so Google processes this data on our behalf. Nobody else receives it. We never sell or share it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it — just write to kendosintra@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

Photographs

Photos of training and competitions appear on this site and on our social media. We publish a photo only with the consent of the person in it, or their parent or guardian if they are under 18. Want one taken down? Write to kendosintra@gmail.com.
